Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are in perfect condition and have no defects, damages, or incorrect items. This is because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, and returns without valid reasons cause unnecessary delays and costs.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1 – Submit Your Return Request: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  • Step 2 – Request Review: Our team will review your request and confirm whether your item qualifies for a return or replacement according to our supplier’s policy.
  • Step 3 – Return Approval & Instructions: If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product or receiving a replacement. Do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
  • Step 4 – Refund or Replacement: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send you a replacement product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
